Juan Carlos Perdomo

Juan Carlos Perdomo is an assistant professor of computer science and data science at NYU. His research focuses on the foundations of machine learning that make predictions or decisions about people. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and did his postdoc at Harvard and MIT. His work has been recognized by best paper awards at ICML and FORC as well as by an AI 2050 Early Career Fellowship.
